At TASCO MTB, we've teamed up with the CEO, Nate Miller, to create marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and community engagement.

We're also responsible for content writing and email campaigns to support TASCO's digital marketing efforts and e-commerce sales.

Lastly, we created the TASCO Tribe, a membership program with over 50 athletes from pro riders to weekend warriors. We work with these athletes each week to ensure they are providing content and sharing the TASCO stoke!

National Educators Association

Teachers are our heroes.

Our role with NEA for the past 4 years is to provide creative and editorial direction to multiple photography and videography teams charged with capturing speeches, events and interviews in high-pressure environments with aggressively tight deadlines.

We collaborate with editors to produce professional video and photographic packages within a 24-hour period for licensed distribution across all digital and traditional media channels.

Lakeside's River Park Conservancy

As a partner with LRPC, we created and executed a Spring fundraising campaign which featured a mix of direct mail, email, web design and digital media marketing.

Top Rope Media supported the team with web development, creating a more user-friendly website with easy to find topics, blog posts, membership, volunteer and trail information.

We also trained staff on social media best practices and taught them how to grow membership by building relationships and using events to engage potential members, all before making the ask.

Lastly, we supported them with launching their Google for Non-Profits and Google Ad Words accounts.

Mesa Rim Climbing and Fitness

As a part of the Marketing team at Mesa Rim Climbing + Fitness, we provided digital content and graphic design for multiple social media channels, email campaigns, in-store promotions and live events.

Currently we coach kids, ages 7-13, providing hands-on climbing instruction and technique in a fun learning environment!

SkyFlash Racing is a 501c3 non-profit paving the way for women's cycling in Southern California.

On behalf of the organization, we developed and maintained corporate partnerships to create brand awareness and raise critical sponsorship dollars which provides training, education and race reimbursement for 40 female athletes.

In addition, we maintained social media channels to showcase team accomplishments and steward team sponsors.

Scripps Institution of Oceanography

As a part of Scripps Oceanography for 10 years, we managed membership acquisition and retention through digital marketing, email and direct mail campaigns and donor recognition events.

During the first few years with the organization, we set up an e-commerce platform to market programs and events, as well as facilitate the management of daily financial operations.

UC San Diego Women's Conference

The UC San Diego Women's Conference is an annual event which draws over 700 attendees to share ideas on motivating and empowering today's working woman.

In both 2012 and 2013, direction was provided to teams to secure keynote speakers and exhibitors, along with scheduling breakout sessions led by business professionals, healthcare providers, scientists and award-winning faculty. 

Responsibilities also included creating both digital content and print materials, establishing social media channels and designing a new logo.

NBC Sports

As part of NBC Sports Olympic team, we developed and maintained the internal transportation and hospitality operations at each venue, supporting over 3,000 broadcast managers, producers, directors, on-air talent, support staff and camera crews. 

We held this role during the 2002-2006 Olympic Games in Athens, Torino and Salt Lake and lived on-site for 2-3 months pre and post event production.  

We provided leadership and direction for international staff members that operated in high pressure environments, where quick turnarounds and on-time delivery were essential.

City of New York Parks & Recreation

In between 1998-2000 We created and executed community events and a fundraising program. This included coordinating sponsorship, entertainment, public relations, volunteer staffing, safety and crowd control, catering and budget management.

Our fundraising efforts resulted in over $250,000 in cash and in-kind donations for park events.


 Our work increased tourism to Central Park in NYC.
