Scripps Institution of Oceanography
As a part of the Development team at Scripps Oceanography we managed membership acquisition and retention through digital marketing, email and direct mail campaigns. In addition, we created 10-15 events per year to steward Scripps Oceanography supporters and increase brand awareness.
During the first few years with the organization, we set up an e-commerce platform at Birch Aquarium at Scripps to market programs and events, as well as facilitate the management of daily financial operations. In addition, we supervised customer service team members that coordinated all education program bookings and events.
We held our role at Scripps Oceanography for 10 years, from 2006-2016.
